Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PrompCut, including the website, desktop application, browser extension, updates, documentation, support, and related services. In these Terms, PrompCut, we, us, and our refer to the PrompCut product and developer team.

By creating an account, downloading the app, starting a subscription, or using PrompCut, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PrompCut.

If you use PrompCut on behalf of a company, agency, or team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. What PrompCut Does

PrompCut helps creators run local browser automation workflows for supported third-party AI tools. The app can assist with prompt queues, browser sessions, generation workflows, downloads, and local production tasks.

PrompCut is an independent product. It is not owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially affiliated with Google, OpenAI, xAI, or any third-party AI platform you may use with it.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, device, local browser profiles, and third-party service accounts secure. You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current so we can send account, billing, support, and policy notices.

PrompCut may use account status, subscription status, quota records, and device identifiers to enforce plan limits and protect accounts from unauthorized sharing.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless the activity is caused by our own security failure.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices, plan features, quotas, renewal periods, and taxes are shown at checkout or on the pricing page before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can request cancellation or billing help by contacting support at phanphuc1100@gmail.com.

Our refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. For convenience, PrompCut offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on paid subscription charges.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

PrompCut's full Refund Policy is part of these Terms. You can review it at any time on the Refund Policy page.

If you request a refund within 14 days of a paid subscription charge, we will refund that charge without requiring a reason, subject only to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges unless the charge qualifies under the Refund Policy or we approve the request separately.

6. Software License and Product Access

PrompCut grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the desktop application and browser extension for your own creative workflow or authorized team workflow while your account is active and in good standing.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from PrompCut except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.

Some features depend on an active subscription, internet connection, supported operating system, supported browser, and access to third-party services you choose to automate.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PrompCut to break laws, infringe intellectual property rights, bypass security systems, distribute malware, scrape or overload services in ways that violate third-party rules, spam platforms, or generate content you do not have the right to create or use.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, rate limits, and usage rules of any third-party service you control through PrompCut.

You may not interfere with PrompCut's licensing, quota, update, telemetry, payment, or security systems.

8. Your Content and Outputs

Prompts, source files, generated media, downloaded files, and automation outputs remain your responsibility. PrompCut does not claim ownership of your prompts or generated outputs.

Third-party AI platforms may apply their own ownership, licensing, content moderation, and usage rules. Review those policies before using outputs commercially.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for any prompts, files, images, videos, or other content you use with PrompCut.

9. Local Automation and Third-Party Services

PrompCut runs automation from your local device and browser session. You authorize PrompCut to interact with supported web interfaces on your behalf when you start an automation workflow.

Third-party services may change their interfaces, policies, availability, pricing, authentication, or anti-abuse systems at any time. Those changes can affect PrompCut features, and we may need to update, limit, or remove integrations in response.

PrompCut is not responsible for third-party websites, third-party account actions, generated content policies, platform downtime, rate limits, bans, moderation decisions, or changes outside our control.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect account, billing, device, and diagnostic information.

By using PrompCut, you acknowledge that our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Technical Requirements and Availability

We may update PrompCut to improve reliability, security, compatibility, and product quality. Some updates may be required for continued use.

We work to keep PrompCut reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with every third-party platform state.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, browser, network connection, and third-party accounts required for your workflow.

12. Corrections and Product Information

We try to keep website, pricing, documentation, compatibility, and product information accurate, but errors may occur.

We may correct inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information at any time, including plan descriptions, feature availability, screenshots, and documentation.

13. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using PrompCut at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or abuse risk, fail to pay fees, or use PrompCut in a way that could harm users, third-party platforms, or the product.

To request account deletion or data removal, contact phanphuc1100@gmail.com from the email address associated with your PrompCut account.

Sections that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.

14. Disclaimers and Limits of Liability

PrompCut is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PrompCut and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, account restrictions, generated content, or platform changes.

Our total liability for any claim related to PrompCut will not exceed the amount you paid to PrompCut for the subscription period in which the claim arose, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, website, or email.

Continuing to use PrompCut after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
