Refund Policy

Simple promise: 14 days, no questions asked.

Try PrompCut for your real workflow. If it is not a fit, email us within 14 days of your paid charge and we will refund it without requiring an explanation. This policy explains the time frame, request process, refund method, and subscription effects in one place.

1. 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

If you are not happy with PrompCut, email us within 14 days of a paid subscription charge and we will refund that charge without asking you to justify the request.

This applies to first-time purchases, renewals, monthly plans, annual plans, and team subscriptions paid through PrompCut's checkout, as long as we can verify the charge and account ownership.

2. What Can Be Refunded

PrompCut is a digital software subscription, so there are no physical goods to return and no return shipping requirements.

Eligible refunds cover the PrompCut subscription charge itself. We cannot refund charges from third-party AI platforms, app stores, payment providers, banks, exchange-rate differences, card fees, or services you purchased outside PrompCut.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email phanphuc1100@gmail.com from the email address used for your PrompCut account. Include the account email and, if available, the Stripe receipt or invoice number.

You do not need to provide a reason. We may ask only for information needed to locate the payment, verify account ownership, or route the refund through the correct payment processor.

4. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are submitted to Stripe as soon as reasonably possible after we verify the payment. Your bank, card network, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever supported by the payment processor.

We do not charge restocking fees, return handling fees, or cancellation fees for eligible PrompCut refunds.

5. What Happens to Your Subscription

When a paid subscription charge is refunded, the related paid access may be canceled, downgraded, or expire at the end of the refunded billing period.

Refunding a charge does not delete your account automatically. If you also want account deletion or data removal, mention that in your email.

6. Outside the 14-Day Window

Refund requests sent after 14 days are reviewed case by case. We may still help when there is duplicate billing, accidental renewal, technical failure, or another clear billing issue.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless they fall under this policy or are approved separately.

7. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Abuse

The no-questions-asked refund promise is meant to make trying PrompCut low risk. We may still decline or delay requests connected to fraud, stolen payment methods, repeated abuse, or chargeback conflicts that must be handled by the payment provider.
